We say "thank you" many times a day, but most of the time it's just a social reflex, not a truly deep experience of gratitude. Real gratitude is a state of consciousness: in this moment, fully seeing and feeling what you already have, letting that "already having" completely land in your being. When Gratitude Feels Hard

When that happens, don't force yourself to "be grateful" — that's just suppression, not authenticity. Instead, you can ask tarot: "In this difficulty, what gift or lesson might exist that I can't yet see?" Let the cards help you look from a wider perspective — not to deny the difficulty, but to search for that small point of light that may still exist even within hardship. Even if you can't feel that gift right now, let tarot point it out. At some moment in the future, you may come back to that card and say: "Yes, that's exactly what it was."
