**Letter writing**: After a reading, write a letter from your adult self to your inner child, using the reading's insights. Then write a letter back, from the inner child's perspective. This dialogue practice can be remarkably revealing.
**The Six of Cups practice**: Keep the Six of Cups out where you can see it for a week. Each morning, ask: 'What does this child need from me today?' Then honor that need in some small way—play, rest, creativity, or simply acknowledgment.
